Pre-orders

You may cancel a pre-order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.

Journal returns

After delivery, you may request a return within 30 days provided the journal is unused, unmarked and in resalable condition. Because journals are intended to be written in, we cannot accept returns that have been written in or otherwise used.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email support@keptwell.shop with your order number and clear photos. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.

How to request a return

Email support@keptwell.shop with your order number and the reason for your return before sending anything back. Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is your responsibility. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will cover the reasonable return cost where a return is needed.

Refund timing

Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show it.
