Where we ship

We currently ship Keptwell journals to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard US shipping is $4.99. Shipping is free when your order total is $50 or more.

Pre-orders

If a journal is available to pre-order, that will be clear on the product page before you buy. We will email you if its dispatch timing changes. You may cancel a pre-order any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Tracking

We will email tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Taxes and import charges

Taxes and any import charges shown at checkout are calculated by Shopify where available. Any charge assessed by customs after purchase is set by the relevant authority and is outside our control.

Address changes

Email support@keptwell.shop as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We can help before an order has been dispatched, but cannot guarantee changes after that point.
