These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Keptwell is operated by Katherine Louise Herbert, trading as KLH Ventures, ABN 59 172 828 003, based in Victoria, Australia.

Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel an order before dispatch if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund any payment taken for the cancelled item.

Pricing and payment

Keptwell currently sells to customers in the United States only. Prices on this store are in US dollars. The amount you pay is shown at checkout before payment is submitted.

Taxes and any import charges shown at checkout are calculated by Shopify where available. Any charge assessed by customs after purchase is set by the relevant authority and is outside our control.

Our journals

Keptwell journals are tools for reflection and self-observation. They are not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for professional care.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs, delivery estimates and any pre-order status are shown before you complete your purchase. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or events outside our control can happen.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including journal content, text, images, graphics and branding, belongs to Keptwell or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Liability and your rights

To the extent permitted by law, Keptwell's liability for a claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence applies. Nothing here prevents a US consumer from exercising rights their state gives them that cannot be waived.
